Targets are hands only, 45 seconds per duel. The basic strategy is to cut the weapon hand of your opponent before you can go in for the head kill. That's why you see a lot of swings, trying to to find the timing and range to cut the opponent's hands without getting cut yourself. These are not choreographed, and real skills are taught in our sessions. 45 seconds might seem like a short time but when you're in it, it feels like a crazy cardio workout.
