Randomly placed. The eye shroud makes it immensely more accurate. Robot got caught in the stand of the light and the bumper sensor didn't pick it up. A redesigned bumper would work better but there aren't enough of the right parts. Complete condition: within 6" of the light, or when the robot has passed it and cannot find it (a suspended bare bulb for 360 illumination would alleviate this problem).
