Detail Of Ingredients:-

For Marination:

1. Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
2. Black pepper powder 1 tsp
3. Lemon juice 1 tsp
4. Salt to taste
5. Beaten yogurt (soure) 2 tbsp
6. Chicken Leg piece 4 nos

For Coating:

7. Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
8. Salt to taste
9. Milk 1 tbsp
10. Corn flour 1 tbsp
11. An egg
12. Bread crumbs 2 tbsp
13. All purpose flour 3 tbsp
14. Cumin seeds powder 1/2 tsp
15. Coriander seeds powder 1/2 tsp
16. Red chili  powder 1/2 tsp 1 tbsp
17. Oil for dip fry
