Three examples of what I call the inverted 50s progression with very similar melodies too. I am not suggesting that any of these ideas were consciously copied, and my personal view is that they are far enough apart in genre, era or style for the idea of "copying" to be irrelevant. Music is a growing repertoire, not a competition.
