Apple released iOS 9.3 Beta 5 Build #13E5225a to developers March 1st, only one week after beta 4.

iOS 9.3 Beta 5 showed some improvements vs iOS 9.2.1 but how does it stack up against iOS 8.4.1 on iPhone 4S

(I will do iPhone 5 and 5S on 8.4.1 when iOS 9.3 is final)

Keep in mind that it is only a beta though.... Let's check it out.
