I was here back in 2001 on a Silk road trip I made over land to Shanghai. The old capital have not changed a lot and is featuring all the modern day facilities and also offers many of the luxury feature and shopping you could find anywhere in the world. The city has a rich feel about and people are driving in high end luxury cars pretty much every where around the city limits. American style shopping malls and super centres.
