Good work completing your current mission, but don't pack it in just yet. Seth, you have a new mission.

Case files with very valuable data were stolen from government security yesterday at around 1400 hours. We assume it was the work of a spy on the inside. The culprit is currently unknown, but we have pinpointed their current position. They are located at latitude 41, 15 north, longitude 95, 56 west: Sector 5 in Omaha, Nebraska.

You are to infiltrate Sector 5, recover the missing case files, and apprehend the person who stole them. This will not be easy. Sector 5 is a very shady area; there is security of all types surrounding the premises, so be on your guard.

I'm counting on you, Seth.

Two words: Parry whoring.

Umihei's Q is one of the better Qs out there (not that there is much competition), but the one thing that brings him down is the AI's abundant use of parries. Don't get me wrong though; parrying isn't a bad thing, and it's good the AI uses it, but Q (and all of Umihei's SF3 characters) just pushes it to the extreme and will parry EVERYTHING.

There isn't much that Q WON'T parry. Sometimes he'll "mess up" while trying to parry multi-hit attacks (such as Seth's Double-Armed Rising Sun), or you may just get a lucky hit in on 'im, but 99% of the time he'll parry your attack then counter you, and Q ain't no weakling. If he has one or more powerbars, say goodbye to a good chunk of your health. Some of the combos he does aren't even possible in SF3:TS, so you know there's something wrong there.

Aside from all that parry nonsense though, this Q is decent. Got all his moves and supers, and plays somewhat faithfully (minus the crazy combos). He'll hold ya if you're a Q fan.
