71 immigrants arrested at JKIA attempting to travel to Oman

Police have arrested 71 illegal immigrants at the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport as the crackdown on aliens gathers pace.
In the swoop, 59 Ugandans, 7 Burundians, and 5 Tanzanians were arrested while they were trying to travel to Oman. The immigration officers says they spotted the aliens most of whom are women at the terminal and upon checking their travel documents, all of them had fake stamps. They were then transported to immigration house at Nyayo house where they were questioned before being deported. Police together with other agencies are investigating the matter.
