Job Springer, agricultural economist for the Noble Foundation, presents an overview of rainfall insurance that is available through the USDA Risk Management Agency. The Pasture, Rangeland and Forage Policy is a tool that agricultural producers can use to protect themselves against the possibility of losses due to drought. The presentation was given at the 2012 Fall Cattle Seminar at the Noble Foundation in Ardmore, Okla.
