Woman...out of whole cloth, completely made up a story of assault and attack with a KNIFE and blamed this innocent man for the assault. Turns out, however...the man was in Austin, TX, no where near this woman's house at the very time the attack was alleged to have happened. The chick just flat out made it up and certainly made up this man's involvement. If she were attacked, it could have been mistaken identity or...something more sinister. Since the DA is contemplating filing charges against her...I lean toward the sinister. She should after a proper hearing and conviction, spend some jail time for this one. If this man hadn't had an alibi, this would have gone perhaps all the way to a wrongful conviction. As it turns out, his parents laid 250 grand out for lawyers and such. A QUARTER OF A MILLION DOLLARS to fight this. I think there's a lot more to this story than we're told. But at least this innocent man isn't rotting in a Texas prison for life.
