Turkish citizens will head to the polls on Sunday in local elections seen as a test of confidence for Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan. Leading up to the vote his government has been hit by corruption and censorship scandals. Voters will choose mayors and councillors. Al Jazeera's Omar Al Saleh reports from Istanbul.
