Tropical Storm Son-Tinh [Ofel] has remained disorganised after its passage through the central Philippines, but steady intensification is expected now that it is over the South China Sea, and the storm is likely to reach minimal Typhoon status just before landfall in Vietnam. Son-Tinh has killed four and left six others missing in the Philippines, and has caused some structural damage due to flooding. Stay tuned for more updates.
