Here we are at Rahway Station, while standing in the center doorway of Arrow III 1511, the head car of 10 on New Jersey Transit Train 7853, as we do our station work. While there, we see a pair of trains racing east towards New York. First into view is Amtrak Train 668, the Keystone Service Train to New York-Penn Station. 668 consists of Metroliner cab car 9639, 4 Amfleet I coaches, and AEM7 951. On the track next to it, we see a deadheading Atlantic City train. The deadhead consists of Comet IV cab car 5022 with 3 additional Comet IV coaches and GP40PH-2 4149. I really like how this turned out, especially since it was unexpected and since the doors closed just after the deadhead went out of view.
