Tropical Storm Son-Tinh (PAGASA Name: Ofel) is currently traversing the central Philippines and causing disruption along the way, and leaving one person missing so far. The storm is expected to continue to intensify and likely reach typhoon status over the South China Sea, before threatening Vietnam by the end of the weekend.
