This video is to encourage you to grow beets this coming season. Pickle beets are just one of many ways to can beets. Later in the season, when I have beets, I’ll upload a video on how to make beet pickle as seen in this video. As you may know, pickled beets tend to lose their color and develop a “washed out”, faded color.
