Jose Miro Cardona makes a speech on the revolutionary conflict in Cuba in April 1961 Cameramen and others gather in front of a ruched curtain while Cardona prepares to make a speech. Cardona stands at a podium clad with microphones in front of the ruched curtain, he talks of the recent revolutionary conflict in Cuba and the failed military landing of several hundred "compatriots" on Matanzas on 17 of April [1961] which "did not achieve all of its objectives" the speech is cut off part way through.
