I decided to lump the past couple days of play into one video. It's just a smattering, but I felt the clips showed a decent amount of perogative and the perfect amount of selfishness. I'm totally a vulture in these mechs, but I at least have a right to be. Keep in mind most of the actual light duties like capping/misleading aren't shown. I did them a lot; they just aren't as exciting as shooting at stuff. The Ravens are a tough bird solely because the 4X and 2X are completely useless at competitive play, while they're necessary to skill up to unlock the 3L's elite/master path. To be honest they're pretty tough to swallow even at basic play. This isn't because they can't mount disastrous weapons, it's because they're a light that is engine capped at speeds that don't suit it. You HAVE to fit a build that deals some damage before you get shot at even once, and you actively exclude people who could use your tonnage+speed to seriously help your team win a game. You're really dead weight until you prove you can fight several weight classes above your own. So it's a rough go. I can see why people convert XP from grinder mechs to just immediately have the elite 3L, but I'm just too much a miser. Plus I get to shoot people in a suboptimal mech. Who doesn't love doing that? The latest changes to the Machine Gun and Caustic Valley were definitely felt here. Looking good. Music: Prom Night by Anamanaguchi
