President Cyril Ramaphosa has fired South African Revenue Commissioner Tom Moyane, who was on suspension. Judge Nugent, in the SARS Commission of Inquiry, recommended that Moyane be fired. In addition, SARS has also released preliminary results for tax season 2018. They received 5-point-785 million returns by Wednesday, the deadline.
