After having gone through the Water Safety Drill phase of Grade 2+, Karen is moving on to Grade 3. Since Oliver is already a happy, cooperative swimmer, because of his good nature, the Whole Method process she used to teach him, and his frequent lessons (two to three times a week), Oliver passing through Grade 3 and 3+ very quickly. He still needs to learn to kick better. Kicking would improve his Swim~Float~Swim skills of Grade 4. She is using a swim ring (ideal size: 17.5 inch) to help him learn to kick.
