The Eagles' Week 1 game against the Atlanta Falcons on Thursday, September 6, 2018 (9/6/18) at Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia, Pa. had a 35-minute delay due to severe weather conditions, but that didn’t stop a few shirtless fans from remaining in their seats as it rained hard.
