First Citizens bank hosted its NEO Education Awards on Friday evening to honour academic excellence in top students ranging from the SEA level to Tertiary Level. At the Graduation Ceremony, Deputy CEO of Business Generation, Jason Julien, congratulated the awardees, but also offered a challenge. He urged the students to dedicate some thought to becoming "future proof" so as to secure a space in the quickly advancing global work environment. According to Product Manager at First Citizens, Ms. Jenelle Holloway, this year saw the largest number of participants in the NEO Education Programme.
