A viewer requested that I wear a costume for Halloween in one of my workout videos. I decided to go with this awesome wolf mask. It was very difficult and hot doing the Thriller dance with a mask on. That's how much you all mean to me. I definitely got a good workout in learning this dance today. I practiced this at least 1,000 times. Just a mom with a bunch of kids working out in fast forward.
