Pharmaceutical company, Aspen, is trying to reassure investors that it won't be the next Steinhoff. Earlier shares in the company plunged on speculation that it could be involved in financial manipulation. But they jumped by nearly 11% - or 10.75% to be exact- after the company said that it is not aware of any information that is of a price sensitive nature. The rumor mill has been awash with claims that Viceroy Research company could soon release a report that slams Aspen's financial reporting. Viceroy also investigated Steinhoff that is struggling in the wake of an accounting scandal that has disgraced its top leaders. But it's all just speculation since Viceroy Research has not yet divulged it's analysis. For more news, visit: http://www.sabc.co.za/news
