The jazz classic "Mood Indigo" written by Duke Ellington, Barney Bigard, and Irving Mills.in 1930 was recorded by Doris Day on December 11, 1959 for her album, What Every Girl Should Know, accompanied by the Harry Zimmerman Orchestra, and released by Columbia Records on March 21, 1960. The album, combined with the 1961 album, I Have Dreamed, is available on CD on the Collectables label. I do not own the right to the song, audio, or images contained in this video.
