Light seen ACCELERATING (not constant speed)....Light seen as PARTICLES (not duality)... Particles seen in air ILLUMINATING as concussed are Aether (same as Static).
This is ELECTRONIC energy seen in the experiments. However using heavy hydrogen thru the venturi to create plasma.....I think HEAVY particle sustained COLD FUSION might be possible....certainly needs looking into.
