Ottawa Police has no jurisdiction on parliament grounds and is only allowed there during emergencies and drills. This proves that Ottawa Police and the RCMP had foreknowledge of "The Shooting". Everything points towards a drill portrayed as real event by the corrupt media in order to advance the government's agenda (taking all of the people's rights).
