(11.5.1935 - 3.5.2017)

English translation:
Unpublished audio tracks of a live concert on 11.3.1989 in the West-Eastern cultural center in Rheinau-Hausgereut with music by Jens Egert on the Indian string instrument Sarod and the drummer Heinz v. Moisy .. This is an unusual coincidence of opposing sound environments. Unusually because the sound Sarod is usually accompanied by the Indian Drum Tabla. In the 2 self-compositions of Jens Egert there is a lot of room for improvisation and jazz and I was inspired by Heinz v. Moisy's unrivaled playfulness and his sensitive drum percussion accompaniment.
Fortunately during the concert a few times my playing string were broken. In this way, we are able to experience and enjoy in several long solos from the percussion treasure of Heinz swinging polyrhythms!
The sound recordings were recorded on cassette with Sennheiser art head stereophony and digitally minimally edited. This video is a homage to Heinz von Moisy, who recently died with almost 82 years. (11.5.1935 - 3.5.2017)
