East Price Hill man accused of kidnapping held on $200,000 bond

CINCINNATI (WKRC) - A judge set a $200,000 bond Wednesday for a man who's spent a lot of time in local courtrooms. Michael Mann is well known to Cincinnati Police, both for his long criminal record and distinctive tattoos. In court Wednesday, the prosecutor said Mann has been charged with 54 violent offenses in his lifetime. Most recently, officers arrested the 35-year-old from East Price Hill on open kidnapping warrants. He's accused of holding a woman against her will in October in an effort to get ransom money from her.
