I'm learning to solo with Graphite Edge properly. Decided to start off with an easy one.

There's a lot I'm doing here. Watching my Stamina. Predicting Attack patterns. Not taking risks. Always hitting a weakpoint with Elucidator. Getting used to changing armaments during Eclipse.

In my experience Elucidator, Eclipse and his Counter are his tripple threat of down potential moves.
Elucidator can be used when poking from afar when you see a sizable opening.
His Counter can be used when building meter up close or when you feel like being cool.
Eclipse is the hardest to use because it requires you to see 9 seconds into the future. A wrong prediction here means 100% death.

Anyway, If you land any of these skills 3 times, most bosses will be downed. That means the perfect time to pop his earth buff or an Attack item is after you land 2 of these moves. Eclipse is probably the best to down with since you can use his other moves after the Eclipse to set up positioning for Eluciator since it has to hit a weakpoint to be effective.

All in all? Graphite Edge is super fun. But he really tests your mind as you play. Understanding boss habit and attack patterns as well as how to down with his moveset are pretty much the keys to playing this character successfully.

After that you just need nerves of steel coated in a thick layer of patience to only select the least risky option at any given moment.
