At your next small dinner party consider giving your guests that extra special touch by giving them plates to temperature. When serving a salad, think about chilling the salad plates upon arrival of your guests. It is always an added treat for the guests and it serves its purpose by keeping your salad much colder for much longer. You can also try warming your plates for dinner. If you dont have the space in your oven you can run only the plates in the dishwasher prior to dinner, then serve food straight from your clean, warm plates.
