Cade just starting to train his new mink Ruby

This is my buddy Cade training his first mink Ruby. Ruby is an escaped female Mahogany ranch mink that he found living in a canal near his house. I kept her at my house for a couple days while he worked out cage arrangements at his house. I didn't work with Ruby at all, because Cade wanted to train her himself. He actually worked with Ruby once, the night before this video, but he worked with her in the dark, so we didn't get her first training on tape. We are excited at how quickly this mink is learning! She used to come and bite my glove every time I moved something in her cage, but here only 4 days after he caught her, and only the second training session, Cade had this little mink climbing up into his bare hands and without getting so much as a single bite. A quick random side note, notice at how good Moⁿchushage listens to me when I tell him to stop pulling Missy's bedding out. He's such a good boy now :-)
