Prospective deals reached 57.8 billion US dollars as the first ever China International Import Expo (CIIE) concluded in Shanghai on November 10, said Sun Chenghai, deputy director of the CIIE Bureau. The six-day event has attracted 3,600 companies from more than 130 countries and regions to participate. Over 400,000 domestic and international buyers have been there, seeking to strike deals.
