Isotech exhibited the first of its kind transit isolator for aircraft at Riscon Japan 2007. The transit isolator is a device for aircraft use that helps transport patients even on helicopters.

Because the TI-3 was designed especially for long distance transportation by aircraft of 7 hours or more, it was also designed to be lightweight. 
The TI-3 can be used to reliably carry a patient continuously from an airplane to a car and finally to the medical facility.   

The previous TI-2 transit isolator was largely used during the SARS epidemic and enabled first-aid measures during transport. The TI-3, the new version of the TI-2, comes with enhanced features and when pressurized it can even be used on helicopters.

In the future, the company intends to not only provide technology for the safe transport of patients but also to provide systems that accommodate patients after transport and systems that ensure safe hospital discharges.
