Leaders in the United States have reached a bipartisan two-year budget deal ahead of a possible government shutdown at midnight. Republican and Democratic principals reached a compromise package that would include approximately 300 Billion dollars in defense and domestic spending over the next 24 months while deferring negotiations on immigration.
