馃挜I put about 1/4 teaspoon White willow bark powder, then added about an ounce of RAW farmers market honey. You can use any honey BUT Im sure raw is best (more enzymes!) Add more honey as you like, i made mine Pretty potent. As far as I can see there is no counter indication to making more potent. UNLESS YOU TAKE BLOOD THINNERS! As white willow bark has blood thinning properties, not as potent as aspirin I imagine but still take caution.
