Dry Gobi is a delicious snack recipe prepared using Cauliflower. Among the vegetarian starters, Crispy Dry Gobi tops the list. Gobi fry or Cauliflower 65 has two variants-one being the dry version and the other one being the gravy recipe, which is famously called the Gobi Manchurian.

After watching this video even you will know how to prepare dry gobi. The only difference between the gobi chilli recipe you get at restaurants and famous outlets is that, this recipe is prepared naturally without any fancy sauces. Gobi chilli is prepared using only natural ingredients alone.

For this gobi chilli recipe, all you need is Maida, Corn flour, eggs, ginger-garlic paste, chilly powder, garam masala and salt. If you want the dish to be purely vegetarain, you can avoid adding eggs. 

First you need to clean the Cauliflower using hot water and drain it completely. Add Cauliflowers into the batter you made along with the above mentioned ingredients and let it sit for some time. 

Heat oil in a pan and then start frying the Gobi chilli. Serve it hot after squeezing lemon along with onions.
