A police officer helped a woman holding a baby wheel her electric scooter for 2km all the way to a maintenance store in Susong, east China’s Anhui province, on Sep 25, 2017. The officer asked the woman to get on a police car after he saw her waving for help on the road. The officer himself managed to send the scooter to a store nearby for battery charge.
