While cardiologists scare patients with occluded carotid arteries about their increased risk of stroke and death, the procedures they perform are far more dangerous than living with an occluded artery. A new analysis shows that the information given by researchers to the FDA which resulted in approval for the use of Paxil in treating children and adolescents was fraudulent – the drug is clearly not safe.
