Welcome back to Tech YES City, today I will be talking about the Fidelio X1s by Phillips which are their premium flagship headphone. They are an open back full sized headphone for indoor use.

These are in my opinion a fantastic headphones that are indeed extremely 'fun' as people say, and this is because (imo) the bass is so good and present, but at the same time it isn't all over your face. The mids are a bit recessed (see the sound sig), however this is unique to the headphone and makes it sound amazing with Electronic dance music. The highs are present and are smooth. The sound stage and clarity is extremely good on these headphones.

For gaming the bass makes for one immersed feeling, though the phones might not have the best sound signnature for competitive gaming. However that being said, I really enjoyed gaming on these things, but that is where the first negative came into play - they were just a bit too heavy and long extended gaming sessions tended to irritate my neck a little bit. I also found the second negative with these phones was that the sound sig was not suited for rock. They will play nice on nearly every device too.

Here are the specs below:
Sound
- Frequency response: 10-40 000 Hz
- Impedance: 30 Ohm
- Maximum power input: 500 mW
- Sensitivity: 100 dB @ 1mW
- Speaker diameter: 50 mm
- Distortion: 0.1% THD

If you have any questions let me know, they weighed in around 365 grams (for just the headphones with no cable attached). Hope you enjoyed the review.
