Liziqi Home style noodles - 

Liziqi home style noodles prepared by Asian couple in Penang Malaysia - the noodles are made according to LiZiqi s recipe.

They were delicious. We watched him and his wife - both over eighty years of age - preparing some of the most delicious Chinese noodles soup with some real good tasting soup stock. 

The soup is prepared painstakingly with all skillfully arranged ingredients, thus no time is wasted.

There are xiao baicai or chinese cabbages, roasted chicken loin strips, cut thinly.

Shrimp wonton are also added.

The whole chicken noodle soup is then prepared with egg noodles and rice noodles.

As condiment a small dish of green chilly peppers in vinegar is added.

The whole looks just too awesome to show here on africasiaeuro youtube. Soup tastes much better than lo mein noodles. 

Perhaps beef stock would have enhanced the flavor of the soup. Chinese beef noodle soup is best from Gansu Province and Qinghai province. 

Gansu capital Lanzhou is also home of the most famous of all noodles : The world renowned ' Lamian noodles - hand pulled noodles made entirely from wheat flour and water.
