I'm convinced this is what Heaven will be like. A whole bunch of cute cats. Coffee. Desserts. More cats. Playing with cats. Petting cats. Kissing cats. This cat cafe was spotless, peaceful, and fabulous. And did I mention...CATS? (Closed Captioned) The Backdrop: We spent May-July in China (eight weeks in total). For the first month, I co-led a study abroad trip that brought sixteen college students to the Nanjing University of Science and Technology to study beginning Chinese. I also co-taught a Travel Writing class. As part of that trip, we went to Beijing, Nanjing, Suzhou, Shanghai, Yellow Mountain, and Slender West Lake. Once the students left for home, my husband Jesse and I traveled around China for a few more weeks. Our travels brought us to Xi'An, Chengdu, Leshan, Jiuzhaigou, Yangshuo, and Hong Kong.
