The ongoing rains are continuing to wreak havoc across the country, those affected are now shifting the blame of their misfortunes on government which they claim has failed to undertake its mandate to ensure that transport is not completely brought to a standstill. The Kenya Rural Roads Authority has been blamed by residents of Baringo for the poor state in which the Marigat - Mochongoi road is in.
