Hello everyone, Today's recipe is South Indian Muttai kulambu aka Egg curry in tamilnadu style. Most people mke egg curry with boiled eggs but that's not actullay a curry its called egg thokku. This #Muttaikulambu aka #Eggcurry goes very well with rice, chapathi and dosa.
I always have this egg curry for lunch which will be a perfect for rice and sometimes i make this as a side dish for BRIYANI (any briyani).

We can make this recipe VERY QUICK. So it will will be useful for working womens and bachelors who is tired of eating hotel foods can try this easy and quick recipe. So do try this yummy recipe and give me your experience in the comments section.

Tip: I prefer to breaking the eggs directly into the curry. I find that the eggs hold its shape better if poured directly rather using bowls to pour eggs into the curry.
