First encounter with these cops in Atherton. Officer C.Greene pulled over a teenager without a license and instead of arresting him and towing the vehicle, he ticketed him and allowed him to have someone pick him up along with the vehicle. In the next video, Sergeant Vigil recognized me and already knew about my encounter with Chris Greene from the previous night. He had been working in Santa Cruz until 2017. In November of 2016, he was involved in the shooting and killing a teenager. News report was done on the incident and can be found at this link: https://youtu.be/WI1szBTWu20 Thank you for watching. feel free to give them a call Atherton Police Ca 650-330-6300
