East Palo Alto night watching. Homeless man had the cops called on him twice by employee. Turns out man was on parole and does not have search and seizure rights. Placed in the back of a squad car in cuffs. Officers released him and trespassed him from the property. Not one word was spoken to me by the cops. My first encounter with these officers went surprisingly well considering East Palo Alto's past encounters with me.
