Tate's promotion is mostly for show, as she doesn't really have a function on this map. As you can see, this map is mostly done by the now 20/20 Lance with max Str/Spd. The Longbow Archer is put to sleep so he doesn't annoy Lalum or anyone else later, the Warrior because Lance cannot ORKO him with a Hand Axe.
