To really optimize this one time-wise, I would have to look deeply into RNs. I decided to just go with what I get instead. Thanks to the huge amount of people fielded and the suckiness of the Soldiers, pretty much everyone can chip in to allow Marcus, Alan and Lance to move their full movement every turn. I usually move Thany along as well, managed to forget and still came out fine. Alan and Lance have a B support, by the way, which Lance makes use of when he takes out a Cavalier on turn 5.
