The elevators at Ebertplatz subway station have a rather weird landing setup. They do not stop at a pedestrian tunnel. Said tunnel is located between ground and platform level, at approximately the same height as the intermediate levels for the staircases. But although the elevators only stop at ground and platform level, there are three landings. This is because there are two landings on platform level, caused by two different platform heights to accomodate two different types of subway trains - high-floor and low-floor. But having two landings is still odd, as there actually are ramps to connect both parts of a platform. Technical specifications: Brand: Quick Capacity: 1050kg / ~2315lbs / 14 people Type: traction (bottom drive, 2:1 transmission) Year built: 2008 Travel distance: 3 floors / 3 stops
