Despite having two cab entrances, the landings of the parking levels are all on one side. And on ground level, the cab of this elevator opens to both sides, making the second entrance a bit superfluous. The cab ceiling has a window so that one can see up the shaft. Since there are no cables or hydraulic pistons visible, the elevator is most likely inground hydraulic.
