If you want to get the best quality you can with a microphone (In my case, it's the Audio Technica AT2020 cardioid condenser USB mic), you'll have to sacrifice some of your cash for a good shock mount and pop filter. The ones I ordered from Amazon happen to be the Samson SP01 shock mount as well as a Gator 6" pop filter. Products were purchased from Amazon.com at $43.89 for review.
